Ryanair launched the first domestic route between the airport Francisco Sá Carneiro (Porto) and Faro. 
 
The new connection Porto-Faro will be in operation during the winter IATA, more specifically between 26-Oct-2009 to 24-Mar-2010.

The flights will operate on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays departing from the Francisco Sá Carneiro airport (Porto) at 12:00 and arriving in Faro at 13.00. The flight part of FAO at 13:25 and arrives at 14:30 the OPO.

This new route Ryanair will use a B738 aircraft, with capacity for 189 passengers
